As the second wine of Chateau Lafite Rothschild, this vintage is considered a serious, high quality wine. 2006 JS 96 Blackcurrant, violet, graphite, cedar, tobacco, and cocoa. Medium bodied, balanced acidity, and well melted tannins. 2007 JS 91 Juicy with red berry, blue fruit, and fine tannins, showing some savory herbaceous, "leafy" notes
