Even the interior sole has its padding. Sizing: Marked size is hard to tell (see picture), but they were sold to me as mens 7. 5 and fit as such, i. e. womens 9. Seem to fit as a womens pair and not as mens IMO. Measurements: ~2 heel height 11 outer sole length from toe to heel ~10. 5 inner sole length 4 outer sole
