So selling IQOS in the US isnt going to solve the problem. The FDA approval could change the cigarette market in the US but it wont solve the smoking problem If the US joins the club of 29 countries where IQOS is already being sold, it could mean a sea change in the status quo around smoking in this country: IQOS would be the first FDA-approved tobacco product thats allowed to be marketed to Americans as safer than cigarettes
The cigarette size itself also plays a role, as longer or slimmer cigarettes may require different packaging dimensions
Each serves a different kind of smoker the casual visitor who likes to sit with a cigar, the commuter grabbing flavored wraps, or the collector filling a humidor
If there were to be a label, it would have to read something like: Overeating [name of the product], without a balanced diet and regular exercise can lead to diabetes, obesity, and so on)
