Check out this stunning Gibson Les Paul Deluxe from 1979 in a Tobacco Sunburst. This one is really clean, not mint, but honestly just the slightest amount of swirlies and roughness to make it feel vintage and not brand new. This piece starts off with a not to heavy slab of mahogany below a glossy tobacco sunburst finish complete with all its original sheen. The mahogany has a nice grain on the back with a 3 piece maple top and a good amount of yellow in the burst. The delicious mini humbuckers sit proud of the maple top with confidence. These pups are some of the sweetest and chocolatey tones you can find. Unlike their standard counterpart, they're sweet, not airy or thrashy, but smooth and silky and extremely articulate. The mini-hums sounds so great, warm and bassy, just super round on the edges and nothing too sharp or crazy. The neck is a dream to play, its got a slim 60's profile thats not chunk starting at 0.81" but really really fills out to the 12th at 1.01". The frets have so much life left, basically never played and has the original fret nubs. The tobacco sunburst also present on the 3-piece maple neck sit below a indian rosewood fretboard trimmed by creamy aged binding. A great collectors item as well as a sweet sweet player, this piece has both the looks and the playability. Thanks for looking
