Finally I found that if I pour few drops of alcohol at the bottom of the tobacco chamber so it flows under the cutter (as I slide the cutter back and forth and tild the unit a bit, with front part up), and also at the top surface of the cutter, so the alcohol enters between the chassis and the cutter, on the top and the bottom surface of the cutter, the gunk clears out and the movement is very smooth again
