Violet Capri Hibiscus Maui Greeting Cards Cabo Shores II and CaboMany people think of hibiscus as a tropical plant, but they are found in many temperate regions all over the world. I found this violet, almost grey hibiscus with its contrasting anthers and stigma on the Island of Capri, which is literally awash in a kaleidoscope of different colored hibiscus. Its unfolding fluted petals are captivating. I like to use colorful hibiscus prints to add a pop of color to a variety of dcor. They can be hung individually
