Honomanu Splash Size:Large (17x29) reef and skyI love shooting small bays where I can capture the shore as well as both sides of the bay. Honomanu Bay was perfect for this type of composition. I lay on my belly at the shore break and captured the wave splash as it hit shore. There was huge surf on the north shore of Maui that day. The break on the left side of the bay gives you a little taste of the rugged surf that day.
