Engraved with a charming motif of leaves and berries accented in gold gilding. Enhanced with wheel cut fluted swags along the base and corners. The lid features a 32 point cut starburst. The box is mounted with gilt bronze or brass hinge and escutcheon lock plate. Lacking a key. Finished with a deep wheel cut 24 point starburst at the base.
