I discovered this majestic sea turtle alternately taking a snooze and checking the surf at Baby Spreckels Beach on the North Shore of Maui

I was delighted with the texture of the sand below and the aquamarine stripe in the midground with all the fish swimming in the same direction

I lay on my belly to capture this picture that starts with a closeup of the multi colored tumbled rocks, and continues out to the emerald water, the incredibly verdant point and finally the jubilant cloud filled sky.
