Old Town Country Road empty it appeared that deep thoughtI painted this on a hot, windy day approximately an hour and a half south of Chicago in the middle of farm country. The minute I got off the highway, I drove down the first country dirt road I could find, driving until I found the perfect spot to paint. The scene looks down on a farmer's path winding into Greenfields and rolling small hills of farmland.
