Intense flavours of plums and raisins, extremely persistent at the end. Ideal for desserts: Pies and cakes, Tiramisu. Chocolate: brownies, Creme brlee and magnificent alongside Vanilla ice cream with chopped nuts on top. Beautiful with Blue cheese.
