Mirea Primitivo di Manduria, Masseria Borgo dei Trulli cabernet sauvignon on the east coast of100% Primitivo carefully selected and hand picked from very low yielding old vines (average 60 years old). A late harvest sees a natural Appassimento process begin. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks then aged in a mix of new and 2nd year French oak barriques for 10 months. After bottling, the wine is left to cellar age for a further 6 months before release. Only produced in the best vintages, generally only circa 10,000 bottles Please
