所有的記憶都是潮濕的 「特別鳴謝　劉以鬯」──電影《花樣年華》《2046》片尾致敬 這本《酒徒》，寫一個因處於這個苦悶時代而心智不十分平衡的知識分子怎樣用自我虐待的方式去求取繼續生存。──劉以鬯 《酒徒》最早在1962年連載於《星島晚報》，隔年於香港集結成書出版。被譽為「中國第一部意識流小說」，之後激發導演王家衛拍成著名電影《2046》。 小說以第一人稱展開，分成四十三章節，最長的約一萬字，最短的僅有十二字。作者描述這是「寫一個因處於苦悶時代而心智不十分平衡的知識分子怎樣用自我虐待的方式去求取繼續生存」的故事，背景是1950至1960年代的香港。 主角是一位職業作家，雖滿腹理想壯志，卻受時下所困；一心想要撰寫嚴肅、前衛的文學，並支持好友在艱難的環境中出版《前衛文學》刊物，卻遭遇自己的劇本創作被瓢竊，平日靠大眾流行的武俠小說、甚至色情小說的稿費糊口。內心無法認同自己迎合大眾、為了生存而成為寫稿機器，更因理想難以實踐，諸多的生活痛苦下，借酒澆愁，卻在酒醒後對世界更加厭惡。意識流的書寫，深刻細膩的描繪出角色的痛苦心境和糾結難耐，如同醉意讓人放大自身的所有感覺；此外，更能藉小說看到作者對時代的批評、文學的評論；如電影蒙太奇（Montage）的手法，不著重在在明確的故事發展，最後卻能在片段零碎的情感中，讀到一個時代的氛圍、一個產業的艱難。
