Featuring three natural emeralds hand carved to resemble leaves, prong set onto an 18K yellow gold mount. Accented with three round brilliant cut diamonds in bezel settings. Surrounded by white and gold balls in various sizes, terminating to a twisted band of alternating yellow and white gold wirework. Mounted on a white gold pin. The back stamped 750. The emeralds average at 7mm x 6mm each. The diamonds are
