Gently aged in oak with occassional lees stirring, this is an incredibly serious, complex wine with exotic aromatics, crisp acidity and abundant of texture on the palate. The nose is delicately aromatic, with lychees, pineapple, and a leafy edge. The palate is textural and layered, with crisp acidity and rich fruit characters, rounded out by hints of vanilla and yoghurt from time in oak. A real triumph of not just
