The active GLP-1 plasma levels of the diabetic control rats (514 pm) were lower than those for TSGH-treated group (1332 pm) and for HSGH-treated group (737 pm) and the DPP4 activity reduced from 1155 in the diabetic group to 866 and 716 % in the HSGH- and TSGH-treated groups, respectively (Reference Wang, Hsieh and Hung49)
