With both Mounjaro and Wegovy, the most common ones are: Nausea, particularly in the first few weeks and after each dose increase Constipation or, less often, diarrhoea Reflux and burping (occasionally with a sulphurous taste) Reduced appetite to the point of accidentally undereating Tiredness and mild headaches in the first month Dehydration if you forget to drink enough water Most of these settle within four to six weeks, especially if your dose is titrated up slowly
