How do I play?
Open the app, choose a game, review the quick instructions, and tap play!
Is Game Pop skill-based or luck-based?
All Game Pop games and events are skill-based. Your performance determines outcomes—not chance.
How do levels, lives, and power-ups work?
Tap “Play” to start. Lives or energy limit how often you can play and refill over time or through rewards. Power-ups provide temporary advantages and can be earned through gameplay, rewards, or optional purchases.
What happens if I fail a level?
You can retry with available lives. To get more lives, collect daily rewards, watch ads for additional power-ups, or wait until lives restore.
How do Leaderboards work?
Leaderboards rank players by score or performance over a set time period. Your leaderboard placement reflects your skill level.
What are events and tournaments?
Events are limited-time competitions with specific goals and rewards. To enter, go to the homepage, select an event, watch an ad, and pay the required gems.
How are winners determined?
Winners are determined by performance, scores, or leaderboard rankings based on event rules.
What if I disconnect during an event?
If your connection drops, log back in once it stabilizes. Your progress will be saved where possible.
Is Game Pop gambling?
No. Game Pop is a skill-based gaming platform. No payment is required to play or win.

What are daily rewards?
Daily rewards are free bonuses you receive just for logging in each day. Logging in consecutively increases your rewards.
Can I earn extra rewards from ads?
Yes! Optional, reward-based ads allow you to earn extra coins, gems, and power-ups. Ads are always opt-in and never compulsory. Enjoy your gameplay and ad experience with Game Pop!
Why didn’t I receive a reward?
This is usually due to a connection issue or an incomplete ad. Restart the app and try again. If the issue continues, contact support.
What currencies are used in Game Pop?
Game Pop uses multiple in-game currencies such as coins, gems, or tickets, depending on each game or feature.
How do I earn and use in-game currency?
Currency is earned through gameplay, daily rewards, scratch cards, spin wheels, events, and optional purchases. It can be used for boosts, power-ups, and gift card redemptions.
Can currency or items be transferred to another user's account or cashed out?
No. In-game currency and items are non-transferable, and no cash-out option is available or authorized.
What rewards can I win?
Rewards may include cash, gift cards, or other prizes, depending on the event.
Are cash prizes guaranteed?
No. Cash prizes are not guaranteed and depend on performance, eligibility, verification, and regional restrictions.
Are there age or location restrictions on rewards?

Can prizes be transferred or exchanged?

How do gift cards work?
Available gift cards are displayed in the app. To redeem, visit the gift card wall, select a reward, watch two ads, and redeem using your gems. Gift card redemptions can take up to 24 hours for approval. Once approved, the gift card will appear in YOUR CARDS with redemption details.
Do ads affect gameplay outcomes?
No. Ads never affect skill, performance, or rankings. They only provide optional rewards to help you continue gameplay and improve your skills.
Gameplay FAQs
Do all games have different goals or similar gameplay styles?
All games strive to achieve one end goal, TO WIN! However each game has its own unique skill set that players need to bring to the table to win the prize.
Can I change my avatar or player name?
Of course! Locate the settings tab in the top left corner, click your avatar/profile, and click the edit profile function to change any information desired. Also choose between the variety of avatars or upload a selfie! Let the competition know who they are dealing with.
Do higher dificulty levels give better rewards?
Yes, between the 3 levels of difficulty (easy, medium,hard) each category will give different rewards when achieving the target score goal.
Are there daily or weekly goals I should complete?
Yes! To obtain more in-game currency and power-ups for free, completing daily/weekly missions will increase your arsenal of power-ups to assist you on your way to victory.
Do I lose coins if I exit mid-game?
You won’t lose coins you already have, however you may lose the potential coins you could have earned in the round/game you were in.
What’s the fastest way to earn gems?
The quickest way to earn gems or any in-game currency is to simply play and hit each target score to ensure your reward. Also taking advantage of the “Double Rewards” function when collecting daily rewards!
Technical & Troubleshooting FAQs
Do I need an internet connection?
An internet connection is required for rewards, events, leaderboards, syncing progress, and prize features. Some games may allow limited offline play in certain regions.
The app isn’t working—what should I do?
Restart the app, check your connection, update your device, or reinstall after syncing your account.
Why are rewards missing or delayed?
Some rewards may require verification or processing time. Contact us if your rewards have not credited so we can help troubleshoot.
What happens if I uninstall the app?
If your account isn’t synced with a profile set up that includes a name, username, email, phone number, and a selfie, progress and items may be lost. So be sure to set up your profile and play without worry!

Do I need an account?
An account is strongly recommended to save progress and participate in events. To be eligible for cash or prize rewards, you must complete your profile, including name, username, email, phone number, selfie verification, and address.
Can I play as a guest?
Yes, guest play may be available, but progress and rewards may not be saved.
How do I manage my account?
You can update your profile, link your account, or request deletion through in-app settings or support.
What happens if I log in on a new device?
Your saved progress will be restored once you log in. Only one device may be logged in at a time to ensure fair gameplay.
Is my data safe?
Only essential account and gameplay data is collected and protected with security measures. Your account data is never sold or transferred to a third-party.
Is Game Pop safe for kids?
The app is designed for general audiences, but prize eligibility may require age verification or parental approval.
Can I be banned?
Yes. Violating rules may result in warnings, suspensions, or bans. Play fairly. Our systems are very sophisticated and we monitor for unusual or suspicious gameplay.
What is considered cheating?
Using exploits, bots, or unauthorized tools, loopholes, or engaging in misuse or abuse. Any player caught cheating will be immediately banned.
How is fair play enforced?
Through monitoring systems and rule enforcement in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
How do I contact support or appeal a decision?
Use the in-app support option. Our team typically responds within 48 hours. Appeals for bans or reward decisions are handled through support.
